So if I have a 2 unit building, am I obligated to give the tenants one of these sheets?

If you [have] a 2 unit building, you are governed by Chapter 5-12 of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
If its a owner-occupied building containing 2 units you are not governed by this chapter.
If its a owner-occupied building containing 2 units you are not governed by this chapter.
